RESERVATION POLICY CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM HRS – CHECK-OUT 12:00 HRS CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGULAR RATES. PROMOTIONAL RATES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. There’s a 1-night penalty for cancellations at any time and up to 15 days before the arrival date. Canceling 7 days before your arrival date and no shows causes a 100% penalty. No refund is applicable on early departures. No refunds apply for cancellations on bookings for stays from December 22nd 2021 to January 5th, 2022. These policies do not apply for weddings and/or travel groups. Special policies may apply according to contract specifications.
